Free Shipping on Orders Over $49! 

Enjoy free standard shipping worldwide when you spend $49 or more. For orders under $49, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and weight.

1. Processing Time

Our team works hard to ensure your mystery goodies are packed with love and delivered safely.

  • Standard Processing: usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • Packing Video Service : Please allow 3–7 business days for us to curate, film, edit, and ship your order. We promise it will be worth the wait! You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your treasure is on its way.

2. Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide using reliable express lines.

  • Estimated Delivery: 4 – 15 Business Days
  • Note: Actual delivery time varies by destination and may be affected by severe weather or holiday peak seasons.

3. No Hidden Fees (Customs & Duties)

We want your experience to be 100% worry-free.

  • Taxes Included: For most international destinations, customs duties and taxes are already included in our product price.
  • This means you generally will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Just sit back and wait for your scoop!

4. Address Accuracy (Very Important!)

To prevent your scoop from getting lost, please double-check your address!

  • Living in an Apartment/Building? You MUST include your Apartment, Unit, Room, or Floor Number.
  • Example: 123 Main St, Apt 4B.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
  • You can track your parcel anytime.
  • Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking status to update after you receive the email.

6. Lost Packages

If your tracking has been stuck or shows "Delivered" but you can't find it:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors/front desk first.
  • Contact your local courier immediately.
  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier (and it has been more than 35 days since shipment), please contact us for a replacement or refund.
