1. Mystery Scoops = Final Sale
All items are randomly selected. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference (color, style, type, etc.).
Order notes are requests only, not guarantees.
2. Order Cancellations (12-Hour Window)
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
However, once packing or video filming has started (even within 12 hours), cancellations are no longer available.
3. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video.
We’ll offer a replacement in your next order or a partial refund for the damaged item.
4. Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days after dispatch, it’s considered lost.
You may choose a full refund or a free replacement.
