We want you to love your scoop! Due to the unique nature of "Mystery Scoop" products, our policy is designed to balance fast processing with customer satisfaction. Please read the details below carefully.

1. The "Mystery" Nature (All Sales Final)
By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, you acknowledge that items are selected at random.
No Returns for Taste: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because you did not like the specific items you received (e.g., color, style, or type). Part of the fun is the surprise!
Preferences are Requests Only: While we love reading your order notes, these are requests only and not guarantees. We cannot refund an order because a specific preference wasn't met.

2. Order Cancellations (Strict 12-Hour Window)
We pride ourselves on fast shipping and creating personalized packing videos.
The Window: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
The Exception (Processing Begins): However, if we have already started packing your order or filming your video (even if it is within the 12-hour window), cancellations are no longer accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your treasure arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.
Reporting Window: Please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
How to Report: Email us at [EnjoyMysteryScoop@outlook.com] with:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos or a video of the damaged item AND the packaging.
Resolution: Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement in your next order or a partial refund for the specific damaged item.

4. Lost Packages (Shipping Guarantee)
We use reliable couriers to ensure your scoop arrives safely.
Estimated Delivery: Typically 5-15 business days.
When is it considered "Lost"? While delays happen due to customs or weather, we consider a package officially "lost" if it has not been delivered within 35 days from the dispatch date.
Resolution: If your package is confirmed lost after this 35-day period, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement scoop.
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the tracking system but claimed as missing (e.g., stolen from porch). Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

5. Return Eligibility
Due to the limited inventory and international shipping costs, we do not accept returns for non-defective items.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
